Quadrante is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler – HVAC to join our team in Alfragide. You will lead technical drawings and model-based delivery for complex building projects, contributing to global infrastructure excellence.

Qualificações

• Secondary education or a technical drafting qualification.
• Experience in HVAC and Smoke Control Systems drawing (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit.
• Ability to read data in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical engineering drawings (HVAC and Smoke Control) per standards and regs.
• Prepare base files to support engineering activities.
• Design ductwork and piping networks from engineering input.
• Verify coordination between disciplines in multidisciplinary projects.
• Contribute to drafting templates, methods and procedures.

The Opportunity

BIM Modeler – HVAC to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Alfragide | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Senior

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Execute technical engineering drawings (HVAC and Smoke Control Systems), in accordance with company standards as well as national and international regulations
• Prepare graphic or modeling base files to support engineering activities
• Design ductwork and piping networks based on engineering input
• Verify coordination between different disciplines in multidisciplinary projects
• Collaborate in the development of production methods, templates, and procedures related to drafting

• Minimum of secondary education (12th grade) or a technical drafting qualification
• Experience in HVAC and Smoke Control Systems technical drawing (preferred)

• Adaptability and ability to work across different types of projects
• Accuracy, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills
