FairPlay Engineering is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and coordinate 3D models for complex infrastructure and energy projects, with a focus on accuracy and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

You will work closely with engineers, designers and construction teams to ensure reliable project information throughout the lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on avoiding design conflicts and improving workflows. The role includes a premium relocation package for moving to the Netherlands.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, BIM or related fields.
• Experience as BIM Engineer/Coordinator/Modeler in digital engineering roles.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and identify clashes and design conflicts.
• Support engineers with model-based design solutions and documentation.
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are consistently applied.
• Manage revisions and data exchanges between stakeholders.
• Produce drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Improve BIM workflows and digital engineering processes.
• Support delivery of infrastructure projects with accurate information.
