BIMMS | Part of CTS Group is seeking a BIM Engineer – Planning 4D (M/F) to support complex projects across critical infrastructure and high-tech facilities. The role emphasizes analytics-driven planning and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have more than 3 years of BIM management or BIM specialist experience, familiarity with BIM standards, and exposure to Planning 4D. Power BI knowledge is valued for KPI development and reporting.

Qualificações

• More than 3 years of evidenced BIM management or BIM specialist experience.
• Ability to interpret, analyse and coordinate multidisciplinary design projects.
• General knowledge of BIM oriented software and standards.
• Experience in implementing BIM based Planning 4D (desired).
• Ability to develop BIM Project Standards and complementary BIM requirements guidelines.
• Desire knowledge in the use of Power BI for analytics and KPIs based on Planning data.
• Intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written.
• Ability to develop reports and technical presentations.
• Proactivity in finding solutions and solving problems.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for travel.
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.

Profile:

• Sectors – Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g. Data Centers), Buildings, High Tech Industrial Projects (e.g. Semiconductors), and Modular / Prefabrication Construction.
• More than 3 years of evidenced experience in BIM management or BIM specialist role.
• Ability to interpretate, analyse and coordinate multidisciplinary design projects.
• Ability to evaluate in-depth complex Construction Programmes. Capable of building analytics and KPIs for the evaluation of the performance of a Construction project.
• General knowledge of BIM oriented software and standards.
• Experience in implementing BIM based Planning 4D (desired).
• Ability to develop BIM Project Standards and complementary BIM requirements guidelines.
• Desired knowledge in the use of Power BI for the production of analytics and KPIs based on Planning data.
• Intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written.
• Ability to develop reports and technical presentations.
