Working Adventures in Portugal seeks a customer support specialist to assist users with account issues, video playback problems, and content uploads. You will troubleshoot, identify root causes, and guide users to effective solutions.

You will document actions, categorize cases and bugs, and stay up to date with policies and safety guidelines while delivering friendly, professional service to every user. Native Italian and English fluency are required, along with at least one year in a contact

Qualificações

• Native fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact centre.
• Some knowledge of systems like CSAT, NPS, and SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to customers with account issues, video playback problems, and content uploads.
