Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English to join our on-site team. The role operates on a 24/7 rotative shift, with occasional night coverage.

You will support multiple markets, handle customer inquiries with empathy, and manage information accurately. Healthcare or medical device knowledge is a plus, as is stress tolerance and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian verbal and written; strong English (C1)
• Ability to support more than one market simultaneously
• Background in healthcare or technical support is a plus
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is helpful
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information
• High problem-solving and priority skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with stress management capabilities
