Job summary

The Career Nest is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division) to join our Porto team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, delivering personalized service to French and English-speaking customers.

This is a 6-month, on-site contract in Porto. A relocation package includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months and a daily meal allowance. Fluency in French and English is required, with a customer-service mindset and ability to identify add-ons.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years in customer service or contact center environment (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify sales opportunities and add-on services.
• Comfort working with modern digital tools and internal support systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, personalized customer care via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Handle post-rental resolutions with empathy and precision, including billing questions and damage reports.
• Highlight relevant optional products and tailored mobility services to meet client needs.
