Qualificações

• Fluent English and Dutch (C2) with ability to clarify terms across teams.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; contract data management.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy; data integrity is critical.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Proactive, anticipate renewals and changes; flag issues early.
• Clear communicator with sales, finance and operations.
• Understand SAP and its impact on downstream processes.
• Experience in contract administration or similar role is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the sales team to review customer requirements and contract terms.
• Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance; create reports and initiate actions for deviations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing and delivery per terms.
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team on contract-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in contract administration.
