Job summary

emagine is seeking a Contract Analyst in Lisbon to manage contract lifecycles and ensure data accuracy across systems. You will draft and manage client agreements, coordinate signatures, and collaborate with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes detailed work, cross-team collaboration, and strong communication in English and French, supporting account managers and suppliers across Europe.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience with details in written material, documents, and databases.
• Have a flair for people services and understand the importance of supporting others.
• Be driven, initiative and persistence with a results orientation.
• Possess discipline, structured working style, and a service-minded, outgoing personality.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM and project management systems.
• Professional communication skills in English and French (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting & Management – Review client framework agreements and prepare tailored contract templates; manage workflow in internal system.
• Contract Administration – Send out contracts and agreements daily, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Contract Updates & Adjustments – Correct, update, and adapt agreements and templates as needed.
• Signature Coordination – Ensure contracts are signed and finalized by all parties.
• Data & System Management – Maintain and update contract-related information across internal systems.
• Document Handling – Archive agreements and related documentation per company policies.
• Legal & Compliance Collaboration – Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with regulations.
• Stakeholder Support – Assist account managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients with contract inquiries and system access.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with other teams to optimize contract processes.
• Reporting & Insights – Support contract-related reporting and analysis.
