Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a content moderation specialist to review user-generated content and ensure policy adherence. Fluency in French and English is essential, and you will work on-site in an international team across multiple content types.

You will participate in regular calibration sessions, maintain high accuracy and speed, and benefit from paid training, clear quality guidance, and opportunities for internal progression within a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Take part in regular calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent.
