Cross Border Talents is hiring content moderation specialists for our Lisbon office. You will review user-generated content in Dutch and English, applying platform policies consistently and fairly to an international client.

Qualifications

• Fluent level in Dutch and English.
• Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this ad.

Responsibilities

• Review text, images, audio and video against published platform policies.
• Make consistent decisions on content and document the reasons clearly.
• Escalate unclear or high-risk cases to the appropriate reviewers.
• Follow accuracy and speed targets while looking after your own wellbeing.
• Take part in regular calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent.
