Claranet Portugal is seeking a skilled BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI and data visualization solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the business. You will create reports and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, and ensure data quality and governance while working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong SQL/NoSQL experience, familiarity with BI architectures, and a proactive mindset to optimize

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• At least 1 year of experience with Business Intelligence architectures.
• At least 1 year of experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and analytical reporting.
• Experience with data security, access management, and data governance principles.
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Team spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence and Data Visualization solutions to support business decision-making.
• Create and explore reports, dashboards, and analytical views that provide meaningful and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into visualization solutions.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases to collect, transform, and analyze data.
• Support the design and evolution of Business Intelligence architectures and reporting environments.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and visualization layers.
• Implement and manage data security controls, access permissions, and governance best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions and data models.
• Document reporting processes, data flows, and BI solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
