Six Senses Douro Valley in Portugal is seeking a Bellman to join the team. You will deliver and collect guest luggage, assist with newspapers and messages, help guests in and out of vehicles, and keep lobby areas pristine. You must have the legal right to work in Portugal, be fluent in English and Portuguese, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items according to standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner and offer assistance to guests when requested.
• Deliver newspapers and messages to guests’ villas in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
• Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.
• Assist the bell supervisor in keeping a proper working relationship and efficient coordination between the Concierge Desk and the Resort’s transportation service provider.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel buggies and vehicles and ensure they are in good condition.
• Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
