Unilever Prestige Hub Brands in Lisbon is seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. You will support sales and training for Tatcha, with travel to Sephora stores in Lisbon and the flagship stores playing a key role in driving sales performance and events.

The role requires a strong cosmetics background, excellent communication, and the ability to train staff across stores.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty.
• Training and education experience in the beauty industry.
• Retail store experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Sephora.
• Training and education experience in skincare.

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell-through via selling and training

We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Lisbon, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

What We Need

• Conducting training for all stores in the region

• Strong salesperson with high EQ and an enthusiasm for building relationships
• Skilled communicator who can tailor messaging to audience
• Hands-on approach to your work
• Brings a sense of professionalism and joy to all interactions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Positive and upbeat demeanor
• Able to work 3 Saturdays a month.
• Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.
