Unilever Prestige - UK HUB seeks a talented Beauty Advisor to support a fast-paced field sales team responsible for Tatcha products in Lisbon's flagship Sephora stores. You will drive sales, train staff, and coordinate events with flexibility for weekends and multiple store locations.

The role requires strong relationship-building, proactive communication, and a hands-on approach to everyday tasks, including weekends and promotional activities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty
• Training and education experience in the beauty industry
• Retail store experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell-through via selling and training
• Reinforcing brand image and partnership spirit
• Maximizing opportunities for events at suitable locations
• Conducting training for all stores in the region
• Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis

What We Need

We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Lisbon, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

Each Day At Tatcha Is Different, With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work On

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell-through via selling and training
• Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
• Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
• Conducting training for all stores in the region
• Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
• Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
