The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Lisbon is seeking a skilled make-up artist to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience, educating and delighting customers with creative and technical expertise.

You will help drive in-store events, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and collaborate with a high-performing team. Certification is desirable, but enthusiasm and strong customer service are valued for a progressive career in prestige beauty.

Qualificações

• Certified makeup artistry or related certification preferred, strong creative and technical skills.
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized makeup services and consultations for customers.
• Assist in in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Demonstrate makeup techniques and educate customers on products.
• Support POS and customer flow during peak times.

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
