Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficient in coffee preparation, customer service, and basic cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging presence.
• Collaborative and dependable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive, energetic, and calm under pressure.
• A love for coffee, hospitality, and continuous learning.
• Fluent in English, with local language skills as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding area.
• Deliver excellent customer service and connect with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately handle cash and operate the POS system.

The Role

As a Barista, you bring warmth and energy to every cup — crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages that reflect Vida Plena’s signature hospitality. Your Key Responsibilities
