Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations or process management, with a track record of delivering results, optimizing workflows, and developing people; English C1 required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• English level C1 (advanced) required.
• Experience in operations, leadership, or process management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights.
