Link is seeking a Product Owner to join a demanding technology context focused on digital payments. You will translate business needs into prioritized backlog items and work with APIs, integrations, and delivery teams to ship valuable features.

You will define KPIs, ensure regulatory deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and compliance. Prior experience in money transfers is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Owner or in equivalent roles within technology contexts.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST) and product design experience.
• Ability to analyze and define product KPIs, and track delivery through objective metrics.
• Strong delivery focus, with an emphasis on value and problem-solving.
• Autonomy, pragmatism, and critical thinking.
• Experience in the money transfers domain (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory deadlines.
• Work closely with technical teams (APIs, integrations, mainframe, digital channels), ensuring requirement clarity and delivery focus.
• Follow the full development cycle, from functional definition through to production delivery.
• Ensure solution quality by promoting validation practices and KPI tracking.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (business, operations, compliance) and external ones, whenever applicable.
