Thales is seeking candidates for the Banking Data Management role within TBSS, based in Paco De Arcos, Portugal. The team supports banking data, supplier compliance, data collection, testing, and process optimization to improve data quality in ERP and OCM environments.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Finance or Accounting and demonstrate fluency in English and French, with prior experience in similar roles and knowledge of financial tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar data/master data/financial role.
• Knowledge of financial software and accounting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support supplier data quality initiatives and compliance.
• Collect and validate data, test processes, and enter data in ERP/OCM systems.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team.
• Handle supplier setup, data changes and deletions per SLAs.
• Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis.
