CB Talents SP in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a dedicated customer support agent to assist Banco Montepio clients via banking hotline, handling inquiries, requests, and tracking operations with strict regulatory compliance.

The role starts with an training agreement and leads to a fixed-term contract, with rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 and a base monthly gross salary of 920 EUR plus meal allowance and bonuses, plus private health and training perks.

Qualifications

• Education: 12th-grade education level, university attendance, or a bachelor's degree.
• Language: Good command of English (preferred).
• Experience & Skills: Technical banking knowledge and contact center experience (inbound and/or outbound, preferably in banking) are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer questions, process requests, and track banking operations while adhering to internal and regulatory procedures.
• Manage contacts via phone, email, and/or chat channels, focusing on customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
