Elevus is seeking a Backend Developer to join our team in Lisbon. You will interpret client needs, draft business and functional requirements, and translate them into clear user stories.

You will model business processes using BPMN and UML, define acceptance tests to guarantee quality, and document progress in JIRA and Confluence while training users and aligning stakeholders.

Occasional travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, management or related field.
• 5+ years in functional analysis, IT projects preferred (public sector).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with BPMN and UML for business process modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret client needs and draft business and functional requirements.
• Define and write User Stories according to client needs.
• Manage priorities efficiently and focus on results.
• Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Define and monitor acceptance tests to guarantee quality.
• Participate in user training and align stakeholders.
• Document projects in JIRA and Confluence.
• Occasional travel as required.
