Uber’s Community Operations team in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Sales/BD associate to provide high-quality client support while driving revenue. You’ll sell to, onboard, and manage relationships with clients, uncover business challenges, and articulate Uber’s value proposition.

The role emphasizes empathetic service at scale and requires 6+ months in Sales/B2B, strong listening and communication, and fluency in French and English.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of experience in Sales / B2B in a fast-paced company.
• Must be able to work from the designated Center of Excellence (COE) location.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly while staying organized when engaging stakeholders.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Logical and data-driven decision-maker.
• Autonomous and target-driven.
• Proficiency in French and English, demonstrating clear verbal and written communication.
