Job summary

agap2IT Portugal is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure systems in a cloud-native environment. You will work with Azure services, AKS, and Terraform to automate infrastructure and ensure high reliability.

The role requires strong Python scripting, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Living in Portugal or eligible to reside is mandatory; English proficiency is required, and French is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience as Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native solutions.
Hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Terraform for infrastructure automation / IaC.
Programming/scripting in Python for automation and ops.
Ability to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Azure/SRE certifications are a plus; ITIL knowledge valued.
Good command of English; French a plus.
