Syffer is an all-inclusive consulting company focusing on talent, tech and innovation. We design scalable solution architectures with emphasis on Azure Cloud and SaaS applications, leading architecture initiatives and governance to ensure alignment with security and GDPR.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support Agile delivery teams. The role requires 10–15 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, fluency in English, and a track record in enterprise

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, SaaS applications, and integration architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of EA principles, frameworks, and capability modeling.
• Experience designing integration solutions maximizing reuse across enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present to executives.
• Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and drive decisions.
• Experience in Agile environments; Jira/Confluence a plus.
• Knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR regulations is valued.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese/Spanish is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Design and define scalable solution architectures with a strong focus on Azure Cloud and SaaS applications.
• Lead architecture and integration initiatives, promoting reuse of existing services and processes.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Act as architecture reference throughout the project lifecycle across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain, defend, and align architectural decisions.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and support executive-level discussions and presentations.
• Ensure solutions comply with EA principles, security standards, and GDPR requirements.
• Contribute to architecture governance using EA frameworks and capability models.
• Support Agile delivery teams, using Jira and Confluence.
