Avanade is seeking a Cloud Resiliency Specialist to help clients improve reliability, continuity, and recoverability of their Azure environments. You will combine deep Azure expertise with DR/BC and MIRP design, delivering actionable recommendations and strong client engagement.

The role requires assessing end-to-end resiliency, aligning with best practices, and working with client teams to set RTO/RPO targets and recovery workflows.

Qualificações

• Deep experience designing HA/DR in Microsoft Azure and aligning to Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Solid understanding of Azure architecture, infrastructure, AZ, backup/recovery, monitoring services.
• Familiarity with SRE methods and cloud-native resiliency patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resiliency posture of customer environments from technical and operational perspectives.
• Evaluate DR, BC, and MIRPs for effectiveness against SLAs and risk tolerances.
• Analyze cloud infrastructure, dependencies, observability, and failover capabilities.
• Review and enhance MIRPs with escalation, communication, recovery sequencing.
• Identify risks, single points of failure, and improvement opportunities.
• Engage customers to define RTO/RPO targets and recovery workflows.
• Produce professional, client-facing documentation of findings and maturity recommendations.
