La Redoute in Leiria, Portugal, is seeking a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to help transform our infrastructure into a secure, self-service platform. You will balance keeping production stable with automation to reduce tech debt, across multi-cloud environments with Azure focus.

You will own VM lifecycle, implement IaC with Terraform, manage identity and access (Azure AD/EntraID, SSO), and collaborate with security to meet compliance while driving resilience and cost-aware operations.

Qualificações

• Extensive SRE/DevOps experience managing production environments in cloud.
• Strong operational experience with public cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with identity management (Azure AD/EntraID, SSO) and security tooling (EDR, vulnerability scanners).
• Proficiency with Terraform for modular deployments and Ansible for automated configuration.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and be proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and scale automation and provisioning via Ansible across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Build, secure, and operate infrastructure on Azure and other clouds; manage compute, networking, and storage.
• Partner with security to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance across systems.
• Manage identity and access via Azure AD/EntraID, SSO, and permissions.
• Write and refactor IaC modules using Terraform within a Git repository model.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and recovery with a reliability-first mindset.
• Integrate monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) for high availability.
• Maintain cost-awareness and tagging policies for FinOps; participate in 24/7 resilience efforts.
