River Advice is seeking an IT System Engineer - Cloud to design, implement and operate secure, scalable cloud solutions in a dynamic environment. You will work on Azure and Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud integrations, and security tooling.

The role emphasizes proactive optimization, disaster recovery, and collaboration with internal and external partners to advance the cloud strategy for the group.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Structured, accurate, and independent working style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Passion for cloud technologies and continuous learning.
• Fluency in English, ideally fluency in German.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
• Support hybrid cloud architectures and on-prem-to-cloud integrations.
• Implement and maintain cloud security including MFA, PIM, and Defender solutions.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Plan and deliver cloud migrations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Conduct security assessments and drive remediation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cloud services.
