Avanade is expanding its Infrastructure Community in Portugal to drive a strategic cloud modernization project for the insurance sector. You will design, build, and migrate enterprise-grade cloud environments on Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, resilience, and regulatory compliance across hybrid setups.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Azure enterprise deployments.
• Deep understanding of Azure networking (VNet peering, NSGs, Azure Firewall, App Gateways) and cloud security best practices.
• Strong background in Windows Server and/or Linux administration within enterprise environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with Terraform or Bicep, along with PowerShell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Design & deploy high-level and low-level designs for scalable Azure infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS).
• Architect secure connectivity between on-premises data centers and Azure (ExpressRoute, VPNs, Azure Virtual WAN).
• Migrate legacy insurance workloads to modern cloud-native architectures.
• Standardize environment provisioning using IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM Templates).
• Integrate infrastructure deployments into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Develop automation scripts for operations, compliance checks, and patching.
