Unipartner is seeking a Tech Lead .NET to provide technical leadership across development teams in Lisbon. You will deliver scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft technologies and Azure, shaping technical strategy and engineering standards.

You will mentor teams, guide complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business objectives and Unipartner's technology direction.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with Azure cloud development and cloud-native services.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

At Unipartner, the Tech Lead .NET is responsible for providing technical leadership across development teams and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions based on Microsoft technologies and Azure.

Working closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders, you will help shape technical strategy, guide solution design, and foster engineering excellence across projects.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will contribute to architecture governance, technology evolution, and engineering standards, ensuring solutions remain aligned with business objectives and the company's strategic technology direction.

As part of this role, you will mentor development teams, lead complex initiatives, and contribute to the continuous growth of Unipartner's technology capabilities.

What is the challenge?

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions/applications based on Azure and .NET;
• Guide development teams as a hands-on technical leader, supporting delivery acceleration and technical decision-making;
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and define the best technical approach;
• Support architecture design and technology decisions across projects;
• Ensure solutions are built using the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices;
• Remove technical impediments and facilitate collaboration across development teams and stakeholders;
• Plan, estimate, and coordinate development tasks and technical deliverables;
• Coach, mentor, and support development team members;
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices;
• Promote software quality, scalability, performance, security, observability, and maintainability standards;
• Document and manage development activities throughout the project lifecycle;
• Ensure efficient delivery through technical leadership, proactive risk mitigation, and continuous improvement practices.

Technical skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, namely .NET Framework and .NET Core;
• Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem and associated development frameworks (e.g., DAPR Framework);
• Experience with Azure cloud development, including PaaS, Serverless, and cloud-native services;
• Experience in software architecture and solution design;
• Experience with integration architectures and event-driven solutions;
• Experience with API-first and microservices architectures;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Experience with source control and software lifecycle management;
• Experience with application monitoring and observability practices;
• Understanding of modern web application architectures;
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers;
• Microsoft certifications will be a plus.
