eXalt Fi in Porto is seeking an Azure Infrastructure & AI Solutions Engineer (Mid-to-Senior) to design, build, and deploy AI-powered cloud architectures. You will bridge traditional cloud infrastructure with generative AI engineering, ensuring scalable deployment pipelines and robust integrations.

Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end AI architecture design on Azure, integrating LLMs via Azure AI Foundry/Studio, and delivering automated workflows with Python.

Our client is a premier global financial market infrastructure group. We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure & AI Solutions Engineer (Mid-to-Senior) to join their growing technology division in Porto on a fully on-site basis.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and deploying the core cloud architectures that power the organization's next-generation AI and enterprise automation initiatives. You will bridge the gap between traditional cloud infrastructure and advanced generative AI engineering, ensuring robust system integration and scalable deployment pipelines.

• AI Architecture Design: Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of highly scalable, secure AI system architectures on the cloud.
• Model Integration: Build and deploy innovative solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise production pipelines.
• Enterprise Automation: Engineer, scale, and optimize automated workflow pipelines for complex corporate projects.
• Automation Development: Write clean, robust, and maintainable backend automation code in Python.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Establish and maintain modern software delivery standards using Git and version control systems.
• Azure & AI Specialist: Strong, hands-on experience designing and implementing AI architectures within the Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem.
• Modern AI Tooling: Proven experience working directly with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Programming Skills: Solid background in backend development and script automation using Python.
• Software Practices: Flawless mastery of version control utilizing Git.
