Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer specialized in Enterprise Landing Zones to join a nearshore team serving international clients across Europe. You will deliver secure, scalable, governed cloud platforms using CAF guidance, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

You'll work on Hub-and-Spoke networks, security-by-design, and continuous improvement of cloud services, with a strong emphasis on automation, governance, and collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience designing and operating Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale cloud architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, governance and security features.
• Fluent English; able to work with international clients.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve Azure Enterprise Landing Zones aligned with CAF.
• Build Hub-and-Spoke networks with VNETs, subnets, NSGs, ExpressRoute.
• Configure Azure networking services like Firewall, Application Gateway, Load Balancers.
• Implement cloud governance with Management Groups, Azure Policy, RBAC and IAM.
• Develop and maintain Terraform IaC for cloud infra.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for deployments.
• Apply secure-by-design and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate monitoring with Microsoft Sentinel and security tooling.
• Troubleshoot production Azure infrastructure and networking issues.
• Contribute to platform standardisation and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer specialised in Enterprise Landing Zones to join one of our Nearshore Teams working remotely for international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.

You will work with Azure Enterprise Landing Zones, following Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework principles and modern DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable, governed and highly automated cloud platforms. The role combines hands‑on Azure engineering with Infrastructure as Code, networking, security, governance and CI/CD.

What you will do

• Design, implement and evolve Azure Enterprise Landing Zones, aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and enterprise‑scale architecture principles;
• Build and manage Hub‑and‑Spoke network architectures, including Virtual Networks, subnets, NSGs, ExpressRoute and Private DNS Zones;
• Configure and operate Azure networking services such as Azure Firewall, Application Gateway and Load Balancers;
• Implement cloud governance using Management Groups, Azure Policy, RBAC and identity and access management;
• Develop, maintain and automate Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices;
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for infrastructure deployment, validation and lifecycle management;
• Apply secure‑by‑design and Zero Trust principles, including network segmentation, identity management and least‑privilege access;
• Integrate monitoring and security capabilities, including Microsoft Sentinel and security operations tooling;
• Troubleshoot complex Azure infrastructure and networking issues across production environments;
• Contribute to platform standardisation, automation, operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the cloud service lifecycle.

What you are like

• Experienced in designing, implementing and operating Microsoft Azure solutions in enterprise environments;
• Proficient in Azure Landing Zones and enterprise‑scale cloud architectures;
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, including VNETs, subnets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Private DNS Zones and load‑balancing solutions;
• Experienced with Azure governance and security capabilities, particularly Azure Policy, Management Groups, RBAC and Microsoft Entra ID;
• Highly proficient in Terraform and comfortable applying Infrastructure as Code principles to complex cloud environments;
• Experienced with Azure DevOps, particularly CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure deployments;
• Knowledgeable about cloud security, network segmentation, Zero Trust principles and secure‑by‑design architectures;
• Familiar with Microsoft Sentinel, cloud monitoring and Security Operations practices;
• Strong at troubleshooting and analysing complex issues within production and managed‑service environments;
• Comfortable working in environments where availability, security, governance, automation and operational reliability are essential;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
