Movilges IT Consulting is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join their team in Lisbon with a hybrid work structure. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in AWS environments and a strong foundation in cloud-native architectures.

Overview

We are recruiting a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon working on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong experience working with AWS cloud environments and cloud-native architectures
• Deep expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and related ecosystem components
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
• Experience with monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and troubleshooting in AWS environments
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, automation, scalability, and reliability best practices
• Experience driving cloud modernization and operational excellence initiatives
• Experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering practices
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and Terraform (nice to have)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
