Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a Reliability & Data Specialist to develop and improve the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Programs (CASP) for its fleets. The role focuses on turning reliability data into actionable insights to monitor performance, trends and maintenance quality.

The ideal candidate has an aerospace engineering degree, 3+ years in aircraft maintenance or CAMO/Part 145, and strong data-analytic skills including MS Office and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Aviation, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of data science applied to aircraft reliability (preferred).
• Reliability data interpretation & analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CASP programs for each fleet.
• Validate and reconcile maintenance data in CMTS.
• Produce reliability dashboards and management information (Tableau or equivalents).
• Coordinate with NJA and other stakeholders for CASP data exchange.
• Lead reliability reviews and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Escalate safety- or reliability-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
