NetJets Europe is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. You will build dashboards, develop analytical models, and work cross-functionally to improve forecasting and planning.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong statistics skills, and proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools. This role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and business acumen in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or related work experience (aviation preferred).
• Strong business acumen and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in data architectures, ML, prescriptive/predictive modelling and statistics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement dashboard reports, analytical models and visualizations to monitor the business.
• Collaborate with partners to analyze operational problems and propose solutions.
• Create timely analyses of data and present insights to executives.
• Mentor other analysts and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
