Qualificações

• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contract law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements and technology licensing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting and negotiation of various legal agreements.
• Own deals end-to-end and engage with customer counsel.
• Provide commercial legal support and business counseling.
