BYD Europe in Lisbon seeks a Legal Counsel Specialist to support day-to-day corporate and commercial legal activities across Portugal and cross-border operations. The role requires navigating Portuguese law and coordinating with the Shenzhen headquarters.

You will draft and negotiate procurement and distributor contracts, supervise after-sales service agreements, and participate in public procurement, competition and regulatory matters.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and admission to the bar.
• At least 5 years of professional legal experience, in-house or law firm.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support for BYD Europe in Lisbon.
• Manage procurement contracts, distributor agreements, and service frameworks.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and tender procedures in Portugal.
• Coordinate with international teams and external counsel as needed.
