ALTEN is seeking an Automation/Test Engineer focused on automotive testing and validation. You will develop and execute test plans, create tooling with LabView and NI suites, and apply CAN/LIN/LVDS/FlexRay protocols in real-world test environments.

You will also flash memory devices, apply 6-Sigma-for-Test methods, and debug hardware/software issues while coordinating with a global team. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in LabView, NI LabWindows CVI, NI TestStand, C++ or C for test automation.
• Experience managing test projects and schedules.
• Knowledge of mechanical design for test tooling is a plus (basic to intermediate).
• Familiar with automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, LVDS, FlexRay, BroadR-Reach) and flashing concepts.
• Understanding of 6-Sigma-for-Test and statistics for QA.
• Strong debugging of software and hardware issues.
• Experience with electronics measurement devices and equipment.
• Ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.
• Fluent Business English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply automotive protocols in test environments (CAN, LIN, LVDS, FlexRay, BroadR-Reach).
• Perform flashing and validation of memory devices.
• Use 6-Sigma-for-Test and statistics to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Debug software and hardware issues with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Work with electronics measurement devices to validate performance.
• Collaborate in a global network ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage test project timelines and deliverables.
