Required skills include TestStand, LabVIEW, Python/Java/C++, CAN/FlexRay, and data tools like PowerBI or Minitab, with a proven ability to drive testing improvements and solve complex reliability issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master in engineering (Electronics preferred) or Mechatronics/Automation.
• Minimum 5 years as Test Engineering (preferred).
• Experience with automated testing and test scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end testing from development to validation for automotive projects.
• Develop and implement test procedures and protocols.
• Set up test equipment and instrumentation; ensure traceability and compliance.
• Lead qualification activities (FAT/SAT) and document results.
• Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency and accuracy.
