ALTEN Portugal is seeking an Air Traffic Control Systems Engineer to join the Aeronautics division. You will define requirements, drive verification and validation, and develop test procedures for critical ATC systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a degree in aerospace or related engineering, experience in documentation, and familiarity with MATLAB and Linux environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in defining, validating, and verifying complex systems.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and specifications.
• Experience in V&V activities for hardware and software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define, analyze, and manage requirements for critical air traffic control systems with full traceability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and validation plans.
• Participate in V&V activities for hardware and software systems.
• Develop and document functional and integration test procedures.
• Validate HMI and ensure correct operation of screens and workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support test automation improvements and analyze results.
• Use Polarion or IBM DOORS to ensure documentation consistency.
• Provide Linux-based test execution support.
