LUZA Group, a global engineering and technology solutions provider, is recruiting a Prototype Build Coordinator for a 6 to 12-month automotive program in Portugal. You will coordinate prototype builds across customers, suppliers, engineering and manufacturing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and conformance to quality requirements.

You will maintain build plans, review POs, gather internal requirements, monitor costs, and drive FTQ while aligning with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PDP (Product Development Processes) and risk management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills and cost awareness.
• Professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and launch prototype builds through cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project build plans and prototype documentation.
• Review customer POs and demand information via EDI.
• Gather and consolidate internal prototype requirements.
• Track prototype units and manage sample distributions.
• Maintain delivery tracking and reporting for prototype activities.
• Prepare Build Information Forms (BIF) and related docs.
• Identify and mitigate prototype-related risks across execution.
