Job summary

Brasport Group is seeking a Leather Goods Prototype Developer to join their new production site in Castelo de Paiva, Portugal. The role involves working closely with major luxury brands to develop prototypes that meet specific client requirements, overseeing all stages from concept to production.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leather goods, proficiency in Autocad, and the ability to work independently. A permanent contract with competitive compensation and relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in leather goods.
• Ability to work independently and transfer know‑how to production teams.
• Comfortable with all stages of the product lifecycle, from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact for the client.
• Produce prototypes in accordance with client specifications.
• Choose appropriate materials for each prototype.
• Use specialized tools and machines for manufacturing.
• Management of the development team and prototype follow-up.

Skills

Proficiency in Autocad

Proficiency in Mozart software

Experience in leather goods

Ability to work independently

Fluent in English and/or Portuguese
