Job summary

FORVIA seeks an Automation Project Coordinator for its GBS in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. You will identify automation opportunities, develop specifications, validate solutions, and drive change while coordinating trainings and KPI tracking in an international setting.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in business/finance/controlling, at least 2 years in a GBS center, and strong English skills; French is a plus. This role offers an onsite work model within a global mobility leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Master’s degree in business, finance or controlling.
• At least 2 years of experience in a GBS center.
• Strong end-to-end process knowledge (O2C, R2R, P2P or H2R).
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Assess opportunities in terms of costs and savings.
• Assess potentials for application to other regions.
• Contribute to specifications and validations.
• Follow-up and validate developments.
• Develop automation solutions based on available tools.
• Set up and organize trainings.
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders to drive change management.
• Set up and follow up KPIs to measure value realization.
• Follow and solve the issues after implementation.
• Support the team on transversal analysis.
