FORVIA in Santa Maria da Feira is seeking an Automation Project Coordinator to join our GBS. You will identify automation and process-improvement opportunities, assess costs and savings, and develop automation solutions using available tools.

The role requires a Master’s degree in business, finance or controlling, at least two years in a GBS center, fluency in English, and strong end-to-end process knowledge (O2C, R2R, P2P or H2R). You will drive change management and measure value realization.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in business, Finance or Controlling.
• At least 2 years of experience in a GBS center.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes (O2C, R2R, P2P or H2R).

Responsabilidades

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Assess opportunities in terms of costs and savings.
• Develop automation solutions based on available tools.
• Contribute to specifications, follow-up and validations.
• Define deployment process and risks; set up trainings.
• Set up KPIs to measure value realization.
