Forvia is seeking an Automation Project Coordinator to join the GBS team in Santa Maria da Feira. The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, validating improvements, and driving change management across regions.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in business/finance/controlling, at least 2 years in a GBS center, strong process knowledge (O2C/R2R/P2P/H2R), and excellent English. The position offers a dynamic, international environment with a focus on value realization.

Qualificações

• Minimum education level: Master’s degree in business, Finance or Controlling.
• At least 2 years of experience in GBS center.
• Strong end-to-end process knowledge (O2C, R2R, P2P or H2R).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Good computer skills including Data Management and common communication tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Assess costs and savings and potential regional applicability.
• Contribute to technical specifications and validations; follow up developments.
• Define deployment processes, risks, trainings and change management.
• Set up KPIs to measure value realization; support post-implementation issues.
