WeTransact is seeking an Automation Engineer to sustain and improve our automation stack, balancing existing Power Automate flows with upcoming API-driven integrations. You will work across cloud flows, PAD, and future code-backed interfaces, applying AI to design scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes judgment: you’ll decide what to maintain, what to rewrite, and how to best leverage Claude and other AI tools. English proficiency is essential as we collaborate globally.

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on with Power Automate (cloud flows, ideally Desktop).
• C# / .NET experience and willingness to grow in coding.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools, especially Claude.
• Ability to think in goals and trade-offs beyond execution.
• English at upper-intermediate to advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain production automation in Power Automate estate, ensure reliability.
• Shift interactions from UI to API-driven integrations as platforms expose APIs.
• Collaborate with AI tooling, provide input to guide AI outputs toward scalable solutions.
• Keep automation healthy, weigh maintenance vs. rebuild needs.
• Work in an AI-native environment as a daily practice, not a perk.
