Job summary

Waterworks is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of fittings development projects in Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure milestones are met and product readiness is achieved.

You will maintain rigorous documentation, manage risks, and communicate progress to leadership while collaborating with European manufacturing partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality products on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• 3–5 years of Project Management, Project Coordination, Product Development, Engineering PM, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers.
• Experience with Smartsheet; PLM systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and timelines from kickoff to production readiness and market introduction.
• Maintain visibility to milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, deliverables, decisions, and actions.
• Track progress and identify delays, missing information, and risks for PM review.
• Coordinate documentation across Product, Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners.
• Prepare project updates and risk visibility for Product leadership.
