Job summary

Waterworks seeks an Associate Project Manager, Fittings, to drive visibility across product development. Based in Portugal, you will coordinate with Product Development, Engineering and manufacturers to keep plans updated and risks identified early in development.

You will maintain schedules, actions and documentation, ensuring timely decision-making and escalation when needed. Strong communication and manufacturing familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree.
• 3–5 years of Project Management, Project Coordination or related experience.
• Experience with physical product development and manufacturing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans from kickoff to market introduction.
• Track milestones, dependencies and risks; escalate when needed.
• Ensure accurate project documentation across teams and manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate requirements, drawings, prototypes and testing with cross-functional teams.
• Support governance, meetings and stakeholder updates.
