Jobgether, Portugal-based, seeks an Associate Director of Digital Media to lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs. You will mentor a small team, ensure rigorous tracking and reporting, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, strategic direction, and continuous optimization in a remote-friendly, autonomous environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic/CTV platforms.
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital budgets (typically $500K+ monthly) across multiple brands or accounts.
• Strong expertise in campaign tracking and measurement tools, including Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio/Google Data Studio.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor media buying or performance marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setup.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, CTV, and programmatic DSPs.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 digital media buyers, providing guidance and performance support.
• Oversee campaign performance across multiple clients with accurate tracking, budget pacing, and optimization at scale.
• Collaborate with clients, brand managers, analytics teams, creative teams, and media planners to execute integrated campaigns.
• Translate campaign performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Build and deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven presentations.
