Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager (M/F) for Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal. You will support the Front Office Manager in coordinating daily Front‑Office and Back‑Office operations and act as the manager in their absence, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise front desk staff, handle VIP guests and oversee check‑in/check‑out, reservations and billing processes, while maintaining standards and collaborating

Qualificações

• 2–3 years hotel Front Office experience.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language and high level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Front Office and Back‑Office operations with the Front Office Manager.
• Replace Front Office Manager when necessary to ensure continuity.
• Support staff scheduling, briefings and handovers between shifts.
• Assist with guest services, VIPs and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and billing controls.
