act digital is seeking an experienced Conversational AI Developer / Administrator to join its Data & AI team in Lisbon. You will design, build, and operate AI-driven conversational agents, collaborating with Tech Leads, Product Owners and security teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will work across run and change activities, onboard new use cases, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming background.
• Experience with API management and integrations.
• Experience with Data & AI pipelines and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch and data prep tools.
• DevOps tooling experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and security best practices.
• Interest in Data, AI, DevSecOps, AIOps, and Private Cloud trends.

We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Developer / Administrator to join a Data & AI team focused on developing, onboarding, scaling, and supporting conversational agent use cases.

In this role, you will work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA, and Security teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable AI-driven solutions. You will contribute to both run and change activities, ensuring the stability of existing bots while supporting the deployment of new use cases across different environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and support conversational AI use cases, using strong Python skills, APIs, RAG, Airflow, Elasticsearch, and data preparation techniques to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Onboard and scale new use cases, including environment creation, technical support, follow-up with different teams/countries, drafting playbooks, and accelerating deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing bots and applications, ensuring incident follow-up, application stability, performance, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement through user feedback.
• Collaborate within an Agile and cross-functional environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and working with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA, and Security teams to ensure seamless delivery.
